Meat Packing Operative / Production Operative - Portbury, Bristol - GBP8 per hour
Job Title: Meat Packing Operative - chilled environment - (not freezer)
Salary: GBP8.00 per hour whilst temporary looking to increase to GBP9 when permanent
Location: Portbury, Bristol (BS20)
Contract: 12 week temp to perm
6am - 3pm Monday to Friday, alternative Saturdays
Start: ASAP
Key requirements: Background within in food production/packing environment
An opportunity has arisen within a very well established company based in the distribution industry and are looking to recruit for a full time Meat Packing Operative / Production Operative on a 12 week temp to perm basis. This position will be working Monday to Friday 06:00-15:00, 40 hours per week (Alternative Saturdays) This role has the view to start ASAP for the right candidate.
The Meat Packing Operative / Production Operative will be working within a chilled factory processing team to fulfil production of orders - duties will include sort meat products into packaging-processing equipment, operate packaging machine equipment, record product, packaging and order information on forms and records some weighing and labelling.
The successful Meat Packing Operative / Production Operative will demonstrate past experience within a position as a Packing Operative / Production Operative background.
