Property Surveyor

Marks Consulting Partners are looking for an Estates Surveyor who can provide professional surveying support to a property asset portfolio and associated business work streams and departments.

Key criteria;

•To carry out property asset inspections as required, diagnosing all building
•Carry out activities relating to property assets that have become damaged through incident (emergency) i.e. Fire, flood, collision etc.
•Assist the Surveying services Manager and Asset Management to make decisions in relation to options appraisals.
•Ensure value for money through effective costing of work and accurate detailed specifications
•Ensure that associated operations budgets are monitored and managed effectively
•To investigate customer complaints relating to quality and delivery where required and act accordingly

Essential Criteria;

•HNC Building Construction or degree in Building Surveying
•Work experience in improvements, and planned maintenance
•Experience in Building Surveys and repairs Inc. knowledge of common building defects
•Experience of monitoring budgets, forms of contract, specifications and contributing to budget preparation
•Experience of managing consultants
•Computer literate
