The individual
You'll be driven by targets and thrive in a sales environment. You work hard and will put the time in because you know the rewards will be worth it. Having a background in sales is desirable but your tenacity and desire to succeed and build a successful in career within sales and customer support is what the company are really looking for.
The role
You will be speaking to customers about renewing their energy contracts with the company and discussing with others the benefits of switching over energy suppliers to you. There will be daily targets to reach and achieving these targets will result winning the weekly incentives and earning well deserved commission.
The hours are 9am - 6pm/10am - 7pm/11pm - 8pm Monday to Friday but there is ample opportunity to increase your commission by working Saturdays and receiving a day off in the week in lieu for doing so.
The benefits
You'll have the opportunity to earn £17-£20k+ OTE however; we don't just stop there…. Our commission structure is uncapped - You are in control of your take-home!
We provide all staff with full onsite training with our dedicated team, learning key skills for our top sellers within the business.

These are temporary to permanent positions based within Godalming, walking distance from both Godalming and Farncombe train station and we have parking onsite!
For successful applicats, you should be made permanent within a week of temping - Performance dependant.
