The Property Lettings Manager / Office Manager:

The Property Lettings Manager / Office Manager will look after all matters completely. Including , filing and dealing with invoices and queries relating to day to day management. There is the chance to be involved in all aspects of the business from Property Management and Development. The manager is expected to find resolutions to the day to day issues that are part of managing a diverse portfolio. A sound sense of judgement is required. The ability to tackle all that is given to you is a must.

The Manager will be required to assist the Director with matters that arise from office management, including arranging diary, meetings, appointments, buying goods, arranging insurance, telephone calls to suppliers, tradesmen, suppliers, handing invoicing and all queries that may come. To be a front line person and filtering calls and emails as required.

General Office Duties:

The candidate will assume full responsibility for all office admin duties including filing, keeping all files in order and upto date, copying, scanning, emailing , post, banking, and all office ad hoc duties.

Character Profile:

We are looking for a university educated, articulate, focused individual with a desire to succeed. 1-2 years Experience is preferred, however training can be given to exceptionally strong and bright candidates. Most importantly, you need to be the Director's right hand person with the can do attitude and be very well organised; an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties. Can you be our ambassador to the business?

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to handle tricky customers and find solutions to their problems quickly and efficiently. 
An excellent attention to details is ABSOLUTELY paramount in this position.
Extensive use of MS Word and Excel and Outlook and so you must be proficient in these.

Package:

Salary : Excellent for the right person with performance bonus
Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
