Currently we are looking for Chef de Partie position in busy four & five stars hotel in Central London & Heathrow area.
Full-time position available to start immediately from April
Responsibilities:
-Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality and cooking
-Effective time management of busy kitchen section
-High standard of food preparation
-Attention to detail
-Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
-Giving hand to the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
-Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
-Experience in a previous chef de partie role
