HR Advisor

Interim - 3 Month Contract, plus high probability of extension

HR Advisor with skills in managing Employee Relations cases, TUPE and ideally possessing an Associate CIPD qualification required by business services company based in Barking, East London. The HR Advisor will report into the Head of HR Operations and be responsible for providing high level reliable HR advice on Employee Relations; including sickness, absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and TUPE transfers.

Skills & Experience:

* CIPD Level 5 (and above)
* 3+ years' experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years' operating as an HR Advisor / HR Generalist
* Expertise in Employee Relations issues with the ability to support complex casework, emanate reliable and informed advise upon employment legislation that allow compliant policy and procedure
* Experience with TUPE projects,
* Confident communicator with the ability to handle external clients
