ROLE DESCRIPTION
Post: Regulation of Training Officer
Post No: Regulation and Intelligence Directorate
Location: All Wales with offices in Cardiff or St Asaph
Pay Band: B1 £30,406 - £36,396
Contract type: Permanent
Reports to: Regulation of Training Manager
Job Purpose:
- Contribute to the meeting of business objectives of Social Care Wales
- Contribute to regulating the provision of relevant training for social workers and other social care workers
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures to support regulation of training activity and to meet reporting requirements
- Support the involvement of key stakeholders in regulation of training functions
- Contribute to the analysis of data and development of reports to support the regulation of training function and the work of other internal directorates
- Engage with relevant organisations to promote and support the meeting of business objectives of Social Care Wales.
