Temporary Residential Childcare Workers

BS Social Care are currently working with a number of leading childcare providers and are eager to have you as part of their team.

You must demonstrate a proven background within the children's residential care settings, hold the QCF 3 in health and social care and children and young people's services and where possible, have up to date mandatory training.

Full UK manual driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred.

You will work within an established team and promote choice, Independence and social well-being, whilst supporting young people to make positive and informed decisions. Personal care may be required, depending on the needs of the service.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive hourly rate, generous holiday allowance, flexibility to work shifts around your current responsibilities and access to some in-house training. Temp to perm opportunities may also be available.
