About Wildlife Fundraising Ltd:

At Wildlife Fundraising Ltd we work with several Wildlife Trusts with the aim of recruiting new members to their Trust. The more members a Trust has, the more they can achieve their aims of looking after the wildlife and wild places in the local area, and inspire people about nature and its benefits to them and wildlife.

Hours: 18 - 30 hours per week including weekend working.

Salary: Competitive salary offered for the right candidate. Our targets can easily be hit and top performers are making in excess of £20 per hour.

  • Performance based commission, underpinned by hourly base rate of £8 p/hr.

Responsibilities of Wildlife Trust Fundraiser:

  • Talking to members of the public about their local wildlife and encouraging them to become members of The Wildlife Trust.
  • Filling out the relevant paperwork at the venue as well as loading information into our secure database.
  • Representing The Wildlife Trusts in a positive and friendly manner with a soft sell approach.

Requirements of Wildlife Trust Fundraiser:

  • We are looking for people with a passion or interest in wildlife and nature who are able to talk to anyone and everyone in a positive and friendly manner.
  • If you are looking for a rewarding non-office based role in order to supplement your income/pension this could be the perfect role for you.
  • Experience of fundraising, sales or customer facing roles this would be desirable, although it is not essential as we provide full training. We employ people with very different backgrounds, work experiences and ages.

Your own car and valid driving license is essential.
