The Company 

Our client provides a wide range of representative and corporate services to overseas companies. 

Currently based in Baker Street, they will shortly be moving to new offices in the Westminster area, which is only a few stops further east on the Jubilee line. 

Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their dedicated team initially in Baker Street, before moving to their site in Westminster.

The Role 

As a Receptionist, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the business. 

In this varied role, you will: 

- Meet and greet high-end clients 
- Respond to queries, both face-to-face and via the telephone 
- Provide refreshments for guests 
- Support a Senior Administrator with data entry and room management tasks 

About You 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience as a Receptionist 
- The ability to work independently 
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal 
- A professional telephone manner 
- A great eye for detail 

Ideally, you will have office administration experience, but this is not essential. 

Other organisations may call this role Secretary, EA, PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Clerk, Office Administrator, Administrator or Admin Clerk.
