Distributor (Customer Service, Admin, Account Coordinator)

Our Client is a leader in the European textile service industry and delivers a complete textile rental and laundry service to all types of activities. Working across four business lines – Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear and Facility, they work with thousands of organisations all over Europe.
They have a great opportunity for an onsite Premises Distributor to join their team. The role involves being based at their customer sites in Govan and Scotstoun Glasgow, but will also require travel to an additional site in Grangemouth. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Within the role you will ensure a professional image is displayed at all times both in appearance and attitude. Assessing the daily workwear requirements for all departments in your care to ensure that agreed stock levels are maintained, you will place daily orders with a third party provider of workwear and will top up lockers to the agreed levels. Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork, you will establish good customer relationships and will ensure all workwear is sorted for collection by the driver at correct times.
They are looking for someone who has good customer service skills and is able to manage their time and prioritise. With a driving licence which has no DD or DR and no more than 3 current points, you will be a competent user of Microsoft Office and AX.
A Full Disclosure Scotland clearance is required for the role. There is also an immediate start for the right candidate and training will be provided! In return you will be supplied with a mobile phone, laptop computer and company van (please note the van is for work use only and private use is not allowed).
