Property Lettings & Maintenance Manager
Location: Liverpool
15k-20k DOE - Negotiable

MANDATORY: 1 Years Minimum previous (recent) similar experience!

Permanent Full-time position: 37 hours over 5 days, between 9am & 6pm Monday-Friday, and every 3rd Saturday shift from 10:00 - 16:00

Job overview:

- Professional, effective, and efficient management of the day-to-day running of a growing property lettings management portfolio

-Responsible for responding to & liaising with tenants; advising & communicating with landlords; and organising maintenance contractors

-Proactively manage new & ongoing repairs & refurbishments

Qualifications/Skills requirements:

- There is a minimum requirement of at least 2 years experience in a similar, ongoing job role (you must have worked in this job role within the last 6 months).
- You MUST have experience dealing with property inspections and management of repairs & maintenance.
- Proficient use of IT, to include Microsoft Office suite, Dropbox , Google Chrome , and Internet Explorer
-A full UK driving licence.
-Must own, or have daily use of, a car and hold insurance to include Business Use.
- Have your own mobile phone with a contract suitable to cover business phone calls and data usage.
-Availability to work on Saturdays if required (full day in lieu provided in return), currently at a rate of
1 in 3.

Remuneration package:

-£15,000 to £20,000 per annum, negotiable dependent upon experience and application
-Full-time position: 37 hours over 5 days, between 9am & 6pm Monday-Friday, and every 3rd
Saturday shift from 10:00 - 16:00
