About the Role

This Manheim Auctions service delivery implant role is based in Network Rail’s Head Office in Milton Keynes. Reporting directly to the Manheim Network Rail Account Manager, you will be the central support conduit of administration between Network Rail and Manheim auction centres. You will provide all related pre and post sale vehicle administration support to the Network Rail Road Fleet Team and liaise on a daily basis with all Manheim auction centres that sell Network Rail vehicles to ensure that the necessary information and documents are in place to support a smooth running auction programme.

About You

We’re looking for an individual who has strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. With a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills, you will have experience within a customer service role and have the ability to resolve customer queries.

We’d like you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of a sale. You should have strong administration skills, be able to use your own initiative and have experience of data processing, giving you the ability to process large amounts of information accurately.
