Job Title: Paint Shop Supervisor
Salary: £28, 000 to £32,000
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Our client is an approved paint and body repairer for Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and Mclaren.
Growth and development have created this exciting opportunity to manage the Paint Shop team.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, enthusiastic with an extensive knowledge of repair techniques, an excellent man manager with strong motivational skills.
The position would suit those currently operating as a Paint Shop Supervisor or a Senior Paint Technician who wants to develop their career and seeks a fresh challenge within a progressive company.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 years’ experience as a Paint Technician.
- Exceptional repair quality standards.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Work using own initiative.
- Clean UK driving licence.
Desirables:
- Senior IMI Paint Technician.
- Paint Shop Supervisor experience.
- Team leader experience.
