Our client is an independent training provider that has been helping young people move forward with their lives for over 30 years.

They are now looking for an Apprenticeship Quality Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent, part time basis for 2.5 days per week.

As their Apprenticeship Quality Co-ordinator, you will assist the Quality Manager with the introduction and maintenance of their quality agenda to support continual improvement, contractual compliance and quality standards which ultimately result in being assessed as a grade 2 provider by Ofsted. You will manage all quality assurance processes throughout the Apprenticeship programme to include the development of processes linked to Ofsted’s Common Inspection Framework and Matrix standards and ensure that the Apprenticeship quality targets are met/exceeded and impact on performance outcomes.

Working across all their Training Centres to ensure their quality processes are embedded, you will understand the student journey and monitor the quality through file/record audits and observations. Co-ordinating and undertaking Apprenticeship inspections and management audits, you will ensure that the Head of Quality Manager is kept appraised of all results following audits/inspections, observations and training sessions and that all Apprenticeship policies and procedures are accurate and reflect current effective work practice.

This role demands a highly motivated, innovative and solution focused individual who has a positive, bubbly and engaging personality. An excellent communicator who can persuade and influence at all levels, you will have a genuine desire to provide a quality service to all stakeholders and present an organised and calm approach to driving improvements.

Able to work well under pressure, to targets and deadlines, you will have a good understanding of teaching, learning and assessment and knowledge of the Safeguarding and Equality & Diversity legislation and guidance. You’ll also have knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes and the Common Inspection Framework and be able to handle information confidentially, employing discretion where necessary.

The welfare of their students is paramount therefore the successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check.
