Job Title: Talent & Development Coordinator
Location: Banbury
Salary: Up to £22,000 dependant on experience + excellent benefits including family health care and 25 days holiday
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Purpose of the role:
As part of People & Development, this role will ensure internal learning activity is organised in an efficient, professional manner.
This is a fast paced environment, with the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges and expand your knowledge and skills.
Key responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all learning related queries
- Respond quickly and accurately to phone and emails
- Allocate trainer resource
- Organise all face to face and virtual learning, including room booking, invites, webex set up, monitoring responses
- Liaise with external providers for course booking and monitoring service
- Design and deliver on line surveys – report on outcomes
- Be involved in system upgrades and testing
- Maintain the intranet page
- Support with design and launch of communications
- Process invoices
- Attend meetings, document minutes and actions
- All other administration for the role and ad hoc projects
Essential for the role:
- Previous L&D administration experience or similar
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent Excel skills, experience in and an appetite for formula building, PivotTables,
- Excellent MS Word skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Experience of maintaining databases
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable HR/Development knowledge or interest
- Proactive and able to manage pressure and conflicting demands
Desirable for the role:
- CIPD qualified or studying towards an HR qualification
- Experience of using Success Factors or Cornerstone
- Experience of working in a Shared Services environment
- Additional European language, such as Polish, French or German
