A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager based in Blackpool to manage a cluster of Children and Young People's residential homes with a range of complex needs in Lancashire.
As Service Manager you will lead and manage the performance and safe operations of the homes, ensure all homes are led and managed in line with Ofsted and Quality Care Standards, deliver Supervision and Appraisals for Managers and coach and develop the team to maximise their performance and potential.
We are looking for a professional, trustworthy and proactive individual with the ability to work on own initiative, pritorise workloads and provide solution focused approaches.
You will hold a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management, experience as Registered Manager with ability to achieve Good or Outstanding ratings and proven track record working in multiple roles in residential sector.
This a full time position working Monday-Friday 9-5 with a excellent starting salary of £40,000 plus exciting benefits.
