Our Client is looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrator to join their HR Team based in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

The Apprentice role will necessitate working with MK College on either a Business Administration or HR Apprenticeship programme but working full time in the HR Team. The duties will include:
  • Help to process DBS checks and answering queries from applicants as required.
  • Logging and Processing pre-employment medical checks via Occupational Health and advising clients of the outcome
  • Producing contracts of employment and logging contract requests
  • General administrative duties including emails, maintaining records, sorting the post, etc

Full on-the-job training will be provided to support the development of the apprentice in the above duties.

The Candidate:

  • Candidates must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality within an HR environment
  • With good IT skills and an eye for detail candidates will be able to demonstrate accurate keyboard skills
  • Good personal organisation and the drive to succeed.  
  • Minimum qualifications:  GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent - Level 1 ICT
