Platinum Recruitment's Elite Division is currently representing a Boutique Hotel in Colchester and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Client
Our client is a small, 3 Star boutique hotel located in the in Colchester. The hotel is part of a well-established group that has a number of properties around the country.
The hotel provides a casual dining environment for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, along with a strong conference and banqueting business.
Role
The successful candidate will have previous experience at a Sous Chef level within a 3 Star Hotel, minimum. They must be capable of working on their own and as part of a small team. They would be responsible for the other junior members of the team and would report directly to the General Manager.
A good understanding and practice of Pastry is essential in this role.
