PMO Analyst
Stanton House is recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join a large financial institution in Edinburgh. The PMO Analyst will become an integral part of an exciting, fast paced company, bringing a pro-active, enthusiastic touch to the company's future transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies.
- Providing planning assistance to the PMO lead.
- Managing change requests.
- Updating, reviewing and managing projects according to their RAG status.
- Assisting programme and project managers with issues and solutions.
- Developing and delivering project support materials.
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the appropriate meeting packs are provided.
- Providing general project governance.
Knowledge, skills and experience desired:
- Previous PMO analyst experience within Financial Services
- Project/Programme Planning using MS Project and other Planning tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- Experienced of Stakeholder Management
