PA to the Deputy Head Academic

Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a PA to the Deputy Head Academic; a key role primarily focused on providing an effective support service to the DHA and, from time-to-time, other academic staff.

The successful candidate will have proven secretarial and organisational skills, including: strong attention to detail, being able to maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times and the ability to use initiative, prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are essential as this role deals with parents, pupils and staff across all departments.

Also required is a sound understanding of ICT; word processing, email and diary management software, Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)

The post is full time with normal hours of work being Monday to Friday from 8:30 – 5pm. A degree of flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the role.
