Our client is one of the UK’s largest colleges employing more than 1450 staff in over five campuses, all conveniently located in North East Wales, offering easy accessibility from within North Wales, Shropshire, Wirral, Merseyside and Cheshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Systems Project Manager to join them at their Deeside campus on a 7 month fixed term contract.

As their HR Systems Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and implementation of the HRIS project, ensuring business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets over the full project lifecycle.

This is an extremely hands-on role which will require both the design of configuration and project management activities. Inventing and owning the HR Project plan, identifying key milestones and communicating with all key stakeholders, you will resolve project issues and mitigate risks whilst managing the expenditure against budget. Tracking and monitoring project progress, you will organise and lead regular project meetings and devise a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders.

The successful candidate will have significant project management experience to include the implementation of multiple HR and Payroll products. A logical thinker with excellent communication skills, you will have experience of managing system providers, HR and payroll processes and delivering process improvement, and be comfortable working with Human Resources data.

Dyma gyfle cyffrous i Reolwr Prosiect Systemau AD ymuno â ni ar ein safle yng Nglannau Dyfrdwy ar gontract cyfnod penodol 7 mis.

Fel ein Rheolwr Prosiect Systemau AD, byddwch yn gyfrifol am gynllunio, cydlynu a gweithredu’r Prosiect HRIS yn llwyddiannus, gan sicrhau bod y nodau ac amcanion busnes yn cael eu cyflawni o fewn yr amserlenni a chyllidebau a ddynodwyd dros gyfnod y prosiect i gyd.

Mae hon yn swydd ymarferol a fydd yn cynnwys gweithgarwch dylunio’r cyfluniad a rheoli’r prosiect. Gan lunio a bod yn gyfrifol am y cynllun Prosiect Adnoddau Dynol, canfod y camau pwysig a chyfathrebu â’r holl randdeiliaid pwysig, byddwch yn datrys problemau’r prosiect ac yn lleihau risgiau wrth reoli gwariant yn erbyn y gyllideb.  Byddwch yn olrhain ac yn monitro datblygiadau’r prosiect a byddwch yn trefnu ac yn arwain cyfarfodydd prosiect yn rheolaidd, gan lunio dulliau rhoi gwybod i’r Tîm AD ac arweinwyr busnes perthnasol.

Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus gryn brofiad o reoli prosiectau, gan gynnwys gweithredu nifer o raglenni AD a Chyflogau.  Yn feddyliwr rhesymegol gyda sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol, bydd gennych brofiad o reoli darparwyr systemau, prosesau AD a chyflogau ac o wella prosesau.  Byddwch hefyd yn gyfforddus yn gweithio gyda data Adnoddau Dynol.

Byddwn yn gofyn am wiriad DBS gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus a fydd yn cael cynnig y swydd.
