Service Delivery Support
Salary: £30,000- £33,000 per annum depending on experience
Terms: 12 month contract initially
Full-time: 5 days per week – 37.5 hours per week.
Based: Morecambe, Lancashire
Start: ASAP
Are you interested in requirements identification, SPID writing and the efficient management of service delivery for software products? If you are delivery focussed with knowledge of web and mobile software applications and ideally have some management and leadership experience then why not join our clients team?
Working within a small team along with the Software Manager and Service Delivery Manager you will provide support in helping to introduce and maintain processes for service delivery and support and also be involved in developing the direction of new software products.
Customer service and customer relationship experience both on the telephone and face to face is essential. As some travel to customer sites may also be required you will also need to hold a valid driving licence.
