KG Personnel is currently looking for experienced receptionist for busy recruitment company based in Bedford.

The main duties are:
• Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages

• Booking candidate interviews and carry on registrations

• Taking and recording queries from workers

• Processing reference requests

• Scanning, copying and filing

• General office support

The ideal candidate must:

• Have excellent customer service (face to face & via telephone)
• Excellent time keeping
• Professional spoken and written communication skills
• Able to use own initiative
• Able to prioritising workload in order to meet deadlines
• Good numeracy skills
• IT literate
• Confident
• Enthusiastic
• Organised
Working hours : Mon- Fri 9:00am- 5:30pm
Pay rate: DOE
