Analytical Scientist

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Analytical Scientist to join a growing Pharmaceutical company based in Northumberland. As an Analytical Scientist you will be responsible for developing new analysis methods for a range of chemical targets. You will be required to perform a range of analysis including QC and stability on materials.

The ideal candidate will have a background in analytical chemistry preferably with experience gained in a pharmaceutical or similar environment.

Responsibilities:
• Development, validation and reporting analytical methodology and providing resolution to technical problems.

• Preparation of work protocols for approval, critically assessing data generated and reviewing data.

• Acquisition/recording data in a manner that complies with GxP and internal policies/procedures.
You must be educated to a minimum of BSc (Hons) (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline, be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to critically assess data.
