Regional Director - Support Services
Urgent Requirement
The Role:
Do you have experience of overseeing and directing a child support business? Are you looking to take on a fulfilling role with a progressive organisation? Are you a strong people manager with excellent business acumen?
My client is a leading provider of outsourced child support services and is currently looking to hire a Regional Director to oversee the Hampshire area and surrounding counties. The business is well regarded and you will have had previous exposure to delivering services to LA's and Councils. You will be a strong understanding of general management - both people and finance orientated,
The organisation is registered as a Charity and it would be advantageous if you had exposure to working in a matrix structure with an understanding of working with volunteers and a multi-layered Board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the direction of service offering and delivery
* Become a regional face for the charity, lobby government at a local and national level
* Be able to work in an autonomous manner and inspire a cohesive working culture
Experience required:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar service delivery environment
Candidates with experience of working as a Director, Regional Director, Child Services Lead, Young Persons Director, Social Services Director or similar titled roles are encouraged to apply
