Team: Commercial Construction Paralegal Reports to: Real Estate Partner Purpose of job: We are seeking a paralegal who would be keen to work with Partners and Associates as they work directly with our clients. Key relationships: Commercial Construction Associates and Partners Experience and knowledge • Law degree or have completed the GDL, as well as ideally your LPC. • Previous transaction experience as a Paralegal • Experience in the construction and/or real estate sectors would be desirable Skills and competencies • Organised with a strong 'can-do' attitude • Strong client relationship and influencing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong IT skills • Determination to complete work to the highest quality with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Attention to deal • Calm under pressure • Ability and willingness to turn work around quickly and sometimes work outside of standard hours Diversity, inclusion and working differently Diversity and inclusion is at the heart of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
