Production Operative - Global Chemicals Leader (Full-Time)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Works Operative to join our Middlesbrough Production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will work in a safe manner in our Caustic & Nitric area & may work within other areas of production when & where necessary.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
+ The role will include duties such as blending & filling of caustic soda & nitric acid dilutions, basic QC testing, labelling and inspection of packaging, decanting, washing out of containers and other general production activities.
+ To cooperate on all matters concerned with health, safety, training, legislation and the environment.
+ To ensure the correct completion of documentation
+ Be compliant to all policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
We Are Looking For:
The role is for highly motivated individual with previous experience of working within a production role preferred. You will be dedicated and thorough in ensuring all objectives are met. You will strive for excellence in your accuracy of information, timekeeping and attendance, service standards and product presentation. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and will be able to work without supervision when required.
A working knowledge of the chemical industry particular in health and safety issues is preferable but not essential.
