Are you an experienced Customer Service Adviser/ Assistant with strong IT skills?

Do you have knowledge of the airline/ travel industry?

Do you want to work in Wilmslow?

Duties include:

Assist, review and assess claims for potential clients who may have a claim for flight delay compensation

You will be liaising with clients over the phone and email

Keeping client up to date with their case at all times

Updating the system and records

Ad hoc duties to assist the rest of the team as and when required
