Really cool Brighton based organisation are looking for an experienced eLearning Specialist with a background in platform administration, end-user support on various projects, training or instructional design disciplines.

The purpose of this role is to be the glue between the client and the business.

Duties and responsibilities of the eLearning Specialist:
* Experienced of application configuration, user training, troubleshooting technical and end-user issues
* Ongoing support for both internal project teams and external clients across the world
* Understanding of at least one of the following eLearning platforms; Moodle, Totara and/or Mahara, but full training will be provided on other eLearning platforms
* Experience of providing ongoing customer support, research and high quality advice
