I am currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for my client based near Shoreham.
This is a varied role which requires someone with a multitude of skills and who has worked at Director level. It's a great time to join, as the company are very successful and growing rapidly.
Key duties:
- Supporting two Directors (finance and sales) in both professional and personal matters
- Supporting general management
- Managing the meeting room diary
- Managing the company Receptionist
- Administration as required
- Organising board meetings and minute taking
- Coordinating office cleaning
- Purchasing office furniture
- Ordering office stationary and stock
- Managing the post
- Managing the office health and safety, and fire alarms
- Managing the office maintenance
- Organising company events and company sponsorships
The right person will need to have experience in a similar position, be highly organised and efficient, have strong IT skills, and have a full driving license.
