Our client is a Landscape Architecture Practice and urban Design Consultancy providing a comprehensive service throughout the UK and overseas.
Due to the securing on a new long term project, they are in need of appointing an experienced BIM Technician or Coordinator to join their team in Cambridgeshire.
The role for BIM Technician/Coordinator would be to assist their Landscape Architects with relevant software packages suck as Revit. It is important to remember that any applicants must acknowledge and understand the use of Revit within a landscape environment as opposed to Architecture projects.
You will be from an Architecture or Landscape/Urban Design background and be experienced with Revit Coordination ideally.
Experience is also required in design modelling, construction management, and 3D and BIM software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Collaborative and people skills are essential as you will be working extensively with members of the design team, estimators, owners, and subcontractors, among others. Problem solving and leadership skills are also required.
There is a generous salary on offer commensurate with experience.
