The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner on a permanent basis in Birmingham. With the skills and expertise to confidently handle your own caseload of client files from inception to post completion, the successful Fee Earner will advise on a broad range of freehold and leasehold transactions, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective service at all times. Strong knowledge and experience of all aspects of the conveyancing processes will be essential. If you thrive within a busy environment and are seeking a hands-on position with responsibility from the outset, then this opportunity is not to be missed.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Paralegals with solid, practical experience in residential property;
You shall be technically competent and able to handle your own workload with minimal supervision;
Possess outstanding communication and client care skills;
Candidates will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Be personable, professional and detail-orientated;
Demonstrate a desire for professional development and pride in doing a good job.
