We are looking for a well organised, highly motivated individual to manage a small team of admin assistants in a busy office.
Summary of the role
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly tasks and allocation across a small team of admin assistants
- Managing customer service for new and existing customers (appointments, queries, and service requests)
- Scheduling customer appointments for lawn operatives and surveyors (circa 700 per week)
- Processing and chasing payments
- Data entry using in-house systems and general office administration.
- Direct Debit Reconciliation
The ideal candidate will be confident, have great communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail. They must be proficient in Word and Excel and have good IT skills. A proven track record of customer service is also desirable.
