Based in the beautiful rural landscapes of South Wales (Relocation package available)

About the Role

Through our Asset Management Strategy you will be responsible for improving the quality of our homes and commencing a programme of regeneration and new build.

This is a broad leadership role across Assets, Property and Development which requires a focus on value for money and placing our customers at the heart of everything we do.

 

About You

A self starter, with a social heart and business mind, we expect you to work collaboratively and build partnerships.

A portfolio of this breadth requires you to inspire a culture of change and empower our workforce, communicating effectively at all levels.

Demonstrating experience of leadership at a senior level, you will have a proven track record of delivery in your field and a sound understanding of the sector.
