The Company

The Company are currently recruiting for four temporary Factory Operatives to work within their 38,000 square foot factory in High Wycombe. The roles will report directly to both the Factory Manager and the Production Manager to fabricate windows to the company's high standards. . Whether you have previous fenestration experience or are new to the industry, they have positions within their skills matrix that will fit your experience. Work is available immediately; with a potential permanent role available in September.

The Role:

• The Factory Operative will work as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives safety and efficiently; reporting in to shift supervisors or production managers. No previous experience required as full training will be provided in all areas. Good rates of pay available.

Key Accountabilities Include:

• Basic machine maintenance
• Problem Solving & fault finding
• Responsibility for completing necessary paperwork and procedures
• A leader of Operations; setting standards and expectations; challenge performance and non-adherence to standard
• Communicating to team members from all shifts and areas including Engineers and Managers
