Celtic Horizons delivers estate services for United Welsh; including gas servicing, grounds maintenance, cleaning, repairs and maintenance. Celtic Horizons was the first wholly owned subsidiary of its kind formed by United Welsh who have entered into a partnership with Mears Group. Celtic Horizons care for over 5000 properties spanning over 11 local authority areas in South Wales.

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a FM Compliance Coordinator to join us in Caerphilly.

Within this role, you will ensure servicing tasks are completed within compliance timescales and will plan Operative resources efficiently and effectively. Taking ownership of repair and servicing allocations and appointments, you will ensure that all customers receive a seamless, excellent end to end customer experience through efficient and competent delivery of our core service framework.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have extensive experience in a customer focused environment coupled with appropriate experience of planning and organizing site-based teams to deliver performance based services.

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths, you will be familiar with working to deadlines in a busy office environment and will have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and with attention to detail.

The successful candidate should have an understanding of what facilities/H&S is, with some experience in the field.

The candidate will need to be approachable and flexible and be able to cope with the broad demands of each location. It's essential that this person has good time management skills and can deal with pressure and stresses in the role.

A full UK driving licence will be required
