Car & Van Delivery Drivers

WHO WE ARE

Miles Vehicle Deliveries are a long established logistics company based in Lymm, Cheshire. We operate a national vehicle delivery service with a network of self employed, part time drivers.

WHAT WE DO

We deliver cars & vans throughout the UK. Our customers are:

- Car dealers supplying cars to the fleet market,
- Plc’s & private companies requiring internal vehicle movements 
- Car Manufacturers
- Fleet management companies
- Leasing companies

HOW WE OPERATE

We offer flexible, part time work on the days that suit you.

This is home based work; for the most part you do not need to start at our offices. We contact you daily with work for the following day. I.e. on Monday we will be ringing about jobs starting on Tuesday. Sometimes we will ask if you can collect a car in the afternoon for delivery the following day.

You will need to travel to the collection point, collect the car, complete some basic paperwork, and then deliver the car to the destination address. You would then either move on to another job, be collected by another driver to return home, Collected in one of our cars, use a hire car to collect other drivers or return home on public transport. You do not need to hitch hike.

You will be provided with a Fuel Card and Android Tablet.

WHO & WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Mature, presentable people aged between 30 & 65 years (we cannot insure under 30 years old)
- Less than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Mobile phone
- Minimum 2-3 days per week availability
- Occasional weekend availability
- Patient and adaptable, able to cope with changing situations. Work well with other drivers
