If so, we want to hear from you!
Ambitious College is London's first registered specialist day college, supporting young people with autism aged 16-25. We are looking to recruit Learning and Behaviour Specialists as we continue to expand and internally promote.

Learning and Behaviour Specialists provide support to our learners, helping them improve their skills and achieve their educational targets. Each learner is given a personalised curriculum, specifically tailored for them depending on their aspirations, needs and abilities.

We want our learners to thrive in the community as well as in the classroom. Learning and Behaviour Specialists seek out opportunities within the local communities to develop important skills learner.

Due to the nature of the work no two days are the same. On Monday a Learning and Behaviour Specialist may take their learner swimming, the next day travel training on buses or developing reading skills. These activities we often take for granted are vital for our learners.

Our Learning and Behaviour Specialists are team players, working with a trans-disciplinary team who collaborate with each other to provide the best for our learners. These teams can include Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Behaviour Analysts, Lecturers and many more.

Be extraordinary and join us in making the ordinary possible for young people
