Technical Support Officer

Company client is looking to hire a Technical Support Officer to join our close-knit UK team. As Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for setting up and managing client accounts, troubleshooting issues and providing support to clients via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with colleagues based internationally to configure and implement new client accounts while ensuring clients' requirements are met.
Manage technical integration of contacts (api or csv).
Providing technical guidance and assistance to clients via phone and email.
Prioritising and managing multiple tickets/issues.
Basic design/template changes.
Liaise with clients to ensure the successful setup of accounts; manage ongoing client training needs and build and maintain relationships to maximise the benefits of the client.
What You'll Bring:
Excellent ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ease and confidence communicating with clients both verbally and in writing.
Proactive, takes initiative and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for technology.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with the real estate industry is preferred but not essential.
