Mears Direct are looking for a great leader to run and develop a future award-winning division of the Riverside Group's, Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Riverside Direct.

Joining us as Partnership Manager, the service will undertake repairs and maintenance works, void property repairs, capital planned works, domestic gas servicing and repairs in year 1 to just over 11,400 homes across the Midlands, London, East Anglia, Kent, Bristol and West.

Within this role, you will manage the day to day operation of the WOS, controlling all elements of the contract, developing the company culture, improving customer experience, service quality, budgeting, cost control and client liaison. 

In order to be successful in this role, you will have to possess strong leadership skills, experience of managing a direct delivery labour model, whilst having commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering cultural change, working in partnership to provide a first-class customer focused service.

You should have experience of working in Social Housing, along with the ability to communicate and build relationships with clients, agents, employees and suppliers both verbally and in writing.

Substantial practical experience in a building/construction environment is important, and you will have knowledge of utilities, facilities, financial management techniques and IT systems.

In addition, you will have experience of managing a building maintenance operation at a senior level coupled with experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client, with management experience in a similar operation.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence
