Office Co-ordinator

Baltex are one of the leading manufacturers of Technical Textiles and produce fabrics for the Aerospace, Automotive, Protective and Medical market sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Office/sales team based at our Headquarters in Ilkeston.

This position would suit someone who has at least 3 years office experience and is used to working in a team but are also a self-starter. The role is a varied one but would involve general office duties such as answering the phone, replying to emails, dealing with customer enquires etc. This role would also require attention to detail and being able to multi-task.

Applicants should have a high standard of English, be numerate, literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Working hours: 20-25 hours per week and additional cover for holidays.
