THE ROLE
- Working closely with Recruitment Agencies to attract talent for open vacancies
- Involved in some candidate attraction, setting up searches, utilising Linkedin
- Manage all the recruitment processes for the business
- Dealing with general recruitment and selection activities
- Update all HR systems with personal data
- Run, create, amend, review HR related reports
- Build strong working relationships with Recruitment Agencies
- Manage the recruitment management life cycle and system
- Work closely with Line Managers to write and review job specifications
- Train Line Managers on Recruitment & Selection procedures as well as Interview techniques
- Champion Recruitment & Selection projects from cradle to grave
- Forming strategic Recruitment plans
- Attending and contributing at HR Management meetings
Key Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure completing all tasks
- Ability to work well alone and within a team
- Previous recent recruitment / resourcing experience including strategy
- Flexible
