Resourcer/Trainee Recruiter - Full training given
Overview on the role:
My client is a leading technical engineering business based in Fareham who specialise within the Construction sector. They consist of highly reputable recruitment consultants who have been extremely successful in their recruitment careers and have outstanding knowledge within their remits. They are looking to expand their business and are looking for experienced sales people to join them as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
The ideal Trainee will have:
* Strong B2B/B2C sales experience
* Telesales experience (ideally outbound)
* Ability to show why you are money motivated and competitive
* Strong achievements in either education or employment
* Can achieve and work well towards targets and KPI's
* Responds well in a high pressured and competitive environment
* Extra-curricular interests - sports, travelling, work abroad
What my client can offer?
* A highly competitive starting salary in the region of GBP16,000 - GBP20,000
* Industry leading commission structure
* Comprehensive training programme teaching basic sales through to the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing and client generation
* Trained by highly successful Senior Recruitment Consultants / Recruitment Managers - proven with current crop of Trainee Recruitment Consultants
* Incentives such as 5* lunches, trips across the UK & Internationally
