I have an EXCITING opportunity for the right individual to join a leading digital communications company to run and manage one of their brand new stores in Coventry. They are looking for someone to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards throughout the store.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and drive sales and profitability through the development of Sales Consultants and individual performance. Along with the above you will ensure all targets are met and exceeded as set out by the area manager as well as undertake the management of staff competence to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
* A proven track record in sales and customer service
*Previous retail management experience
* Experience training and developing new starters
