Warranty Administrator
Salary up to GBP23,000pa plus fuel allowance
Location: Birmingham
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our popular, high demand Brand Dealership.
This Dealership is proud to offer a wide variety of high quality services, with friendly members of staff there to answer any queries every step of the way. Ensuring all staff and trained with the right knowledge skills to work with any Customer and their Vehicle.
General Duties;
??Provide advice and knowledge about Warranties to all departments within the Dealership
??To ensure the correct Warranty processes are maintained at all times
??To ensure that all Parts replaced within Warranty are labelled correctly and available when required
??Maintaining honesty, realistic and professional relationships with Dealerships, Customers and Manufacturers
??Arranging Warranty payments
??Following up all Warranty
