Our client is searching for Administrators to join their busy public sector department based in Sheffield City centre. This is a temporary full time role, working 37 hours from Monday to Friday. 9-5pm. The pay rate starts at £7 rising to £9 after 12 weeks and it is a 3 month rolling contract.
As an Administration Officer you will be dealing with applications that come into your department and working through an allocated case load.
You will be examining applications, making decisions and writing reports based on your findings.
This roles requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to process large volumes of information.
You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and oral and ideally a good understanding of Microsoft office packages.
Typical qualifications: Five GCSE's at grade C or above or equivilant. NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or relevant clerical experience.
You will be required to hold a valid passport and undertake security clearence for these roles.
