24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for a Contract manager to support our onsite office and clients production operation, for our major retailer based in Leeds.
Your role will include establishing a strong relationship with our client, meeting their deadlines, attending weekly KPI's. You will also take responsibility in recruitment, payroll and compliance.
Full training will be given with our databases and daily procedures. You will ensure your team have delegated daily duties and follow up on their completion of duties.
You'll support the client in performance management of your colleagues.
We'll train you to be fully compliant and understand recruitment legislation if required.
This role will require supporting checking in,ensuring all colleagues have attended as per the clients order.
Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous, especially onsite although full training will be given.
Flexibility is required, your standard working hours will be up to 45hrs per week.
Hours of Work:
Full time to be shared with your co-ordinators, 5 shifts in 7 and can start as early as 6am, flexibility with working hours is essential.
