Some reward roles, well, they're not very rewarding. You might be working in one now.
You'll know what I'm talking about, you've got your industry, sector and geography benchmarked for salaries, benefits and that little extra that makes recruitment and retention just a bit easier and the business chooses to ignore you.

We're seeking a Reward Professional who will be able to make their voice heard.
You'll be totally comfortable with benchmarking salaries, managing flexible benefits schemes and modelling bonus data.
When anyone asks you'll be able turn data into useable and persuasive information, if a competitor is doing something innovative you'll know about it and be able to align it to the principles of the business we're working with (who by the way have a very solid 4.0 rating on Glassdoor).
There's a myriad of things to do (we haven't even mentioned gender pay gap and equal pay analysis - that's all on the job spec.) and you'll spend a great deal of time liaising and influencing both the wider HR and the rest of the business.
Background for this role is not important, it's your in-depth knowledge of Reward and your ability to provide robust and meaningful analysis that's important.
You'll have an opportunity to work in a business that can be considered one of the 'best in class' and alongside a truly talented Human Resources team.
