We are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on the behalf of consultant company who outsourcing QS services to Construction Industry. The successful candidate will be working in Civil and Highways sector and reporting to managing QS. The client is looking to upgrade the previous facilities to increase operation capacity.
These positions are ideally for permanent, however; contract position also will be considered.
The correct application will have the following knowledge;
• Experience with NEC Option B or C and JTC.
• Previous experience in negotiation with sub contractors.
• Preferable to have come from previous Highways and Civil background.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Degree level or equivalent.
• Be able to be an ambassador for the company.
• Solid experience re procurement and highways, surfacing, drainage would be preferable.
Salary and other benefits;
• GBP50-60K/ year depend on experience. ( contract Rate will be up to GBP325/day)
• Company Car
• 24 days Holiday
